Due to the nature of research compounds and regulatory requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@validvials.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve at our discretion.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will investigate. Resolution may include replacement or store credit at our discretion.

No Returns on Opened Products

For regulatory and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened research compound products. All sales of opened items are final.
